the trip, which was mainly to a small city called washington, allowed me to drive a huge chunk of us50, which i really want to drive all parts of (not necessarily in one trip) as i grew up living off of route 50 (and now live even closer - only a block away) and my it ends right next to my sister's home in sacramento. plus, i love driving. really, there isn't much sense to it other than to really try and see the usa

those are photos from the trip. we stopped first in a small town called vincennes, indiana. we ate at a local restaurant called "pea-fections culinary connection", which was really good, then continued on to missouri!
we visited a small town called washington, missouri, where my sister in law currently lives, and ate at a few places and walked around. there isn't much there, but it is pretty cute for a few days.
we also got to go into "the big city" (lolz it really isn't bigger than where i live! in fact, i do believe it is smaller, but cincinnati is more condensed) and go up in the st. louis arch! not worth it truthfully - just look up - it's so crowded up there all you do is get pushed and shoved. no fun!
